Change format of outgoing mail
Outlook Express Microsoft Outlook
Select Tools => Options...
Click on the 'Send' tab, under "Mail Sending Format", select the 'HTML' radio button.
Press 'Apply' and then 'OK' to save your changes and exit.
Select Tools => Options...
Click on the 'Mail Format' tab, under "Message Format", in the "Compose in this message format:", select the 'HTML' option.
Press 'Apply' and then 'OK' to save your changes and exit.
