How to Find and Run the Inbox Repair Tool 

Summary

The Inbox Repair Tool is a tool designed to help repair behaviors associated with Personal Folder files (.pst). It also repairs Offline Store Files (.ost) and Mail Message Files (.mmf). 

Running the tool

Search your hard drive or OS installation CD for the file scanpst.exe

Once you have executed the program, insert the path of the broken file and press Start.

Click Repair to fix the errors

Click OK to finish
