How to Recover Backed Up Outlook Folders
Summary
Your Outlook folders are stored on the C: drive in a hidden directory.
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your User Name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst
To find the folders click HERE
Follow these instructions to recover the folders:
Open 'Outlook' and select 'File'
=> 'Import and Export...'.

Select 'Import from another program of file'
and click on 'Next'.

Select 'Personal Folder File (.pst) and
click on 'Next'.

Click on the 'Browse...' button.

Navigate to 'C:\Documents and Settings\<Your User Name>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\' and double click on the 'Outlook.pst'
file. The 'Browse' window will close and then click 'Next'.

Ensure the 'Include subfolders' and 'Import items into the same
folder in:' buttons are selected and click 'Finish'.
